Let’s discover your depth together in a transformative 6-week course where we will explore the incredible potential that lies within each and every one of us. Every Wednesday, from 11:00–11:45 am, I'll guide you through a themed lesson that we'll integrate through meditation. You'll leave each session with a takeaway that will help you deepen your practice in between classes. This series is designed to help you shift from allowing your mind to control you with pain and fear from the past to using it as a powerful tool for growth and transformation.
