Meditation came into my life over 20 years ago but it wasn’t until I developed a daily practice 5 years ago that my life made a dramatic shift. In 2015 I started to test what I called “car seat meditation” on my children as we drove to school and saw dramatic results in their behavior and happiness. This peaked my curiosity so I continued to expand and grow my practice with teachers and ended up integrating meditation and mindfulness into my therapeutic processes. Now I have my own my own mindfulness practice, Heart Surgery Kit, which I have developed for children starting at the age of 5. Due to depth of shifts I see by working meditatively with clients emotional energy in the body I decided to deepen my own meditation training. In 2019 I had the great honor of becoming a Certified Davidji Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher which has enhanced and deepened the work I do with the clients and groups. Meditation is the greatest teacher I have ever known. It teaches us who we truly are, and how to live life from the space of presence rather than being lost in the fearful mind.

When we can untether from the endless chattering mind we can choose to connect to the heart with presence. Healing the heart is a process that is best navigated with support, a nonjudgmental environment and a depth of understanding. On the other side of these heart healing processes we discover deep compassion and kindness for ourselves and the world around us.

I am so grateful to share the simple yet profound steps that can heal and free the fear we all face during life’s challenges. As a meditation teacher I have learned countless tools and techniques that can calm the brain by allowing you to connect to the calm beneath all storms.

This meditation allows you to connect to your inner calm. When we get lost in the turbulent activity of thoughts and feelings we are left feeling disconnected, anxious, and despondent. We can pause and connect with our breath and the space between breaths which allows us to access the well of peace that dwells within each one of us.


Allow me to be your guide inside as we shift to a deeper understanding of the chattering mind and the power of your attention. I often say allow your thoughts to be drops of water. We know that where attention goes energy flows and often find ourselves lost in thought streams, rivers, or oceans of thinking.


Allow me to be your guide inside to sleep tonight. In this meditation, we move through our bodies with gentleness, acceptance, and gratitude.
