In these dark times you may feel disconnected, separate and powerless. Remember the absolute truth Einstein realized and shared that our separation is illusory and our power is immense when we harness the vibration and resonance that is possible in each moment.
This moment captured at the sacred Teotihuacán Pyramid of the Sun was one of pure resonance. As I sat and meditated in this sacred place, I chose to repeat the sacred sound formula Om Namah Shivaya. The sound vibration of the mantra is said to be an exceptionally purified articulation of our deepest nature.
Look within, dedicate some time to your inner self and align your heart and soul to the highest vibration you wish to claim. This is how you can create peace in this time of turbulence.
